Such Thing As A Portable Freezer

the individuation process

BY LOLA HOFFMANN

Archetype The concept derives from the repeated observation that both the myths and the fairy tales of world literature contain certain motifs that are told whenever and wherever it may be. For the same reasons we find ourselves in fantasies, dreams, delusions and delusions of contemporary individuals. These typical images and relationships, are described as archetypal representations. The more obvious are the more often they are accompanied by emotions very much alive. Are impressive, influential, overwhelming, coming from the archetype itself is not clear, is a prior and seemed unaware that belong to the inherited structure, which is implicit in the psyche. Therefore can manifest as spontaneous phenomenon, wherever whatever.

Jung says: "I often encounter the misconception that the archetypes are determined by their content or whether they correspond to a kind of unconscious representations. That's why I emphasize again, that archetypes are not determined by its content but only formally and ultimately only a very unconditional. Determined by its content, would be a proto-image, which is only verifiable when it is conscious and therefore filled with the material of conscious experience. Its shape is comparable to the system axis of a crystal, which pre structured, so to speak, the formation of crystals in the mother liquor without holding the same, a life material. The latter appears only in the way ions flow into first and then the molecules.
The archetype is an empty element itself, formal, is not nothing but a pre facultas formanti , a possibility given a priori as representative.

representations are not inherited, inherited forms that correspond exactly to the instincts, these also, some only formally. Neither the existence of archetypes or instincts, can be tested while they may not appear exact. In another work he says: It seems likely that the very essence of the archetypes can not be grasped by consciousness, so it would be important, why the designate as psicolidia. Some more words about the ascension of the spirit, Novalis says: Do not know the depths of our spirit goes inside the mysterious way. "

individuation process aiming at a higher order of life. According to tradition is required to "go into the wilderness" to find your way. This trip to the desert, is a state of mind development and transit. Looked at from the psychological point of view, is a state of introspection. One way in, which is the more dangerous the more sudden and stormy is the process. The magic of the desert survival is threatened by insecurity weakness, despair, depression. It is what St. John of the Cross calls: The dark night of the soul. It is a life stage in which all energy production seems to be suspended. During this state also occur psychotic episodes. For example, in some cultures, the Shaman
madness. Ecstasy means being out of himself. When the center of consciousness has come out of the current framework of the here and now, we're out of us, in another frame of reference. Shaman's ability to enter into ecstasy makes him a master of the mystical geography of the spiritual world, ie the unconscious. He has an intimate knowledge of these mysterious regions of spirit, which can come and go at will.

shamanic cultures divide the geography of the spiritual world into three layers: The Flat Earth, the celestial world above and the underworld, below. The triple spiritual universe, is connected to the center of the world.
who knows this center has the ability to move voluntarily from one plane to another reality. The earth's crust, a symbol of ego and his frame of reference is the current reality, is life as we experience in our normal waking state, in reality, temporary space. The celestial world as well as the underworld, symbolizes different modes of realities or different mental states, in which the individual has experience away from the ego and the unconscious. The invitation to enter into the path of the Shaman, usually comes through an illness or a severe psychological crisis that resembles death. This is followed by a rebirth. As a result, the personality of the shaman emerges greatly expanded, more conscious, directly connected to the spirit world. Any person in which individuation occurs, has some of the shamanic experience. The disease is inevitable in such people. Its growth is done through a process of death and resurrection, forcing them to find their own unique personality. All identification of this layer evolution, with the deity, can lead to insanity. The individual experiences an unbearable deprivation and believes he can invest his impotent I
empirical power of the Creator Himself. The proper attitude of the ego in such circumstances is given to the experience of the Nazarene in the desert. Continued

ROBÁIYÁT individuation

Process of Individuation
Part
By Lola Hoffmann

individuation is the source of all health. Individuation is the process that moves man to become a whole person, unique. This means the synthesis of conscious and unconscious personalities and the establishment of a relationship between the ego as the center of consciousness and the self that is the total personality, which functions as our center. Individuation is a vital process that leads to all, however this process never takes place at all, because the total personality is never attained in the course of life. The whole needs the consummation of our potential but it is difficult this is achieved because this potential is too rich and the demands of life change constantly producing new responses. Yet the center of our being unconscious somehow knows what it means to be complete, it is from this center where you start the process of individuation. We decided to make us whole, rather a vital energy that is within us compels us to take this path. Our whole goal of our development lives within us, as a potential dynamic, profoundly influencing the course of our lives. In any process of life good and evil are entwined. Life sends us in this process we ask but we need to grow. The forces of evil have to touch our lives because without the dark powers, no consciousness arises.
The process of individuation is a job, vital an opus, a task that calls us not to avoid the difficulties and dangers of life, but to perceive the meaning in the pattern of events that shape our lives. We must learn to see the thread that connects the events, dreams and relationships that have formed the fabric of our existence.
The individuation process is the search for meaning in life itself inserted. The unconscious tries to make an impossible situation to force the individual to make himself the best, of his ego. When following the course of a person's inner life, it is impression that we in this world in order to develop and purify the life of the soul, expressed in psychological terms to individuation. When man observes the dream is in contact with the flow of inner life. Sleep is nature's tool that allows content to penetrate the unconscious to consciousness, the result is an altered state of consciousness is a radical change and renewal of life through a contact irrational ego energizing experience.

Process of Individuation
Part Lola Hoffmann

When someone has gone through a crisis, has died at her old self and has made its way back to health and a more conscious life. In this process the individual acquires certain qualities that enable him to put others in touch with the true health and salvation.

Our soul is not complete unless we consciousness our entire lives, whether happy or unhappy. The self or psychic center is the epitome of unity, the trend that focuses and unites opposing elements of the psyche. Naturally the psyche seeks the whole, rather it only can be achieved through the development of consciousness and the unfolding of the whole man, in the context of life. This all leads to the reorganization of personality in a higher level, more developed.
The effort to reach all given by the relationship between the conscious and unconscious world. The nature of this relationship is different for everyone. The mediator of our psychic conflict is within. Begins to act just symbols of the unconscious have been recognized and accepted as inner reality. This acceptance allows to operate the natural mediator of giving itself the possibility of reconciliation of opposites and the emergence a fully unconscious, unknown until now. This aspect of the unconscious symbols producer has been called by Jung "transcendent function" because it puts the psyche in a position to transcend the conflict of opposites and allow the consciousness out of a limited condition. If not for that transcendent function could never move from one state to another, we would remain captive forever within a narrow psychology.

The main transmitter of the transcendent function are dreams. Transformer symbol itself appears in them as a divine manifestation. The development of consciousness is not possible without emotion. It comes to us through the significant relationships in our lives. The relationship with others is an important part in the process of individuation. Love is the crucible in which individuation takes place, loving someone means being in possession of himself. A quote from Jung: "As soon as I only the center of my conscious area is not identical to the totality of my psyche, but is simply a complex and other complexes. Therefore distinguish between self and self as the ego is the subject of my consciousness as the self is the subject of my psyche all, even the unconscious.

not confuse the process of individuation with awareness of self, thereby confuse the self with itself. Looked and individuation, it would be a mere self-centeredness and auto-eroticism. The self comprises infinitely more than the self. It is also the other or others. The identification does not rule the world, rather it contains. The self is the central archetype of order, the whole man is a quantity that prefixes the conscious ego, covers not only the conscious psyche but also the unconscious, being thus as it were, a personality that we are also. There is no hope to achieve even an approximate the self conscienciación same. For many contents that integrate into consciousness will always remain undetermined and indeterminable amount of unconscious belongs to the whole itself.

In another work he says: "The self is not only the central point is also the boundary that encloses the consciousness and the unconscious, is the center of this totality and the self is the center of consciousness.

The self is also the goal of life as it is the fullest expression of the target combination we call individual. "Hitherto Jung quotes.

TRAVELING WITHIN YOURSELF.
PART

The first part presents the importance of watching, being aware of the period that separates (or unites) the state of sleep and awake to asleep to awake. That short time that we are neither in the world of dream or the waking world, that space where we can have a vision or a "glimpse of our being." We continue with the word Master Osho

how? When you go to sleep, relax. Close your eyes, you that the room is dark. Close your eyes and begin to wait. Sleep is coming, just wait, do nothing, just wait! Your body is relaxed, the body is becoming heavier, feel it. Feels like is heavy. Sleep has its own mechanism and starts. Your waking consciousness is fading. Remember that the time will be very subtle and the time is atomic. If you miss it, you've lost. It is a very long period: a single moment, a short lapse, and you change from wakefulness to sleep. Just wait, fully conscious. Still waiting. Take time. It will take at least three months. Only then can have a glimpse of when you're right in the middle. So do not hurry. You can not do it right now, you can not do it tonight. But you have to start and you may have to wait for months.
normally within three months, one day happen. It's happening every day, but your consciousness and find the period can not be planned. It is an event. You just still waiting, and one day it happens. One day, suddenly aware that footage you are neither awake nor asleep, a very strange phenomenon. You may even be scared, because you've only known two things: you know when you're asleep, you know when you're awake. But do not know a third point in your being you're not any of those things. In its first impact may be scared and afraid. Do not panic and do not be afraid. Anything that is so new, previously unknown, will produce some fear, because now, when I have felt again and again, I will also give another feeling: that you are neither alive nor dead, neither this nor that. It is an abyss.
These two mechanisms are like two hills, jump from one vertex to another. If you stay in the middle you fall into an abyss, the abyss is bottomless, still falling, still falling. Surfers have used this technique, and before this technique to a search engine, also give a practical one, as a safeguard. Whenever this technique is given in the circles surfers, before there is another practice that is to imagine with closed eyes you're falling into a deep, dark, deep and bottomless. Just imagine that you're falling into a deep well, falling and falling and falling, ever falling. Has no bottom, you can not get to the bottom. This fall can not stop anywhere. You can stop, you can open your eyes and say enough, but the fall itself can not cease. If you continue, the well has no bottom, and becomes increasingly dark. In systems
surfers, this year the well-this exercise of bottomless dark pit, is practiced first. It's good, useful. If you have practiced and I've noticed her beauty, her silence, then the deeper you go into the well, quieter you become. The world has fallen far, and feel that you have gone far, far, far away. The silence grows dark, and deep down there is no bottom. The fear comes to mind, but you know that this is just imagination, so you can continue.
Through this exercise you become able to do this technique, and then when you fall into the pit between wakefulness and sleep, not imagination, is real, and no bottom, the abyss has no bottom. That is why Buddha has called this nothing empty: shunya. There is no end. Once you know, you too you become endless. It is difficult have this glimpse while you are awake. Therefore it is impossible, of course, when you're asleep, then the mechanism is working, and it is difficult to disconnect from the mechanism. But there comes a time in the evening and later in the morning, twenty-four hours there are these two moments, in which is very easy, but just wait.
When you're about to sleep when you're not already asleep and external wakefulness vanishes, at this point Being is revealed, then you know who you are, what is your real self, what is your real existence.
