When someone has gone through a crisis, has died at her old self and has made its way back to health and a more conscious life. In this process the individual acquires certain qualities that enable him to put others in touch with the true health and salvation.
Our soul is not complete unless we consciousness our entire lives, whether happy or unhappy. The self or psychic center is the epitome of unity, the trend that focuses and unites opposing elements of the psyche. Naturally the psyche seeks the whole, rather it only can be achieved through the development of consciousness and the unfolding of the whole man, in the context of life. This all leads to the reorganization of personality in a higher level, more developed.
The effort to reach all given by the relationship between the conscious and unconscious world. The nature of this relationship is different for everyone. En el curso del proceso nos transformamos en nuestro propio sí mismo, por esta razón se podría traducir individuación con la realización del sí mismo.
